Edelman has long been committed to help global corporates continuously interact with other businesses and social issues. Edelman’s own research is a great indicator to show the significance of corporates’ CSR activities when it comes to the company and brands’ trust building.
Edelman Korea’s own CSR activities include PR-related pro bono projects, volunteering at a school for the blind, local water purification works and the likes.

This quarterly team activity fosters a sense of family among team members. We encourage people to have various experiences outside the office. With 65 offices and 5,500 employees, Edelman supports our people to strengthen team work through joyful learning experiences. For instance, our Financial Team recently enjoyed a fun day by taking a leather crafting class.
GWEN (Edelman's Global Women's Executive Network)
In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, Edelman holds a GWEN event every March for female employees in Edelman offices across the globe. We are fully dedicated to providing better environments for female employees’ improvements. Moreover, we are committed to develop female leaders as well as networking opportunities. In 2016, Edelman Korea invited a guest speaker who came to talk about working women’s health and dietary patterns.
Edelman Peakon Survey
We conduct work environment satisfaction surveys for every employee worldwide. Based on the results, Edelman is able to understand any problems that might arise and tries to make amendments for a better working environment.
Employees fulfilling certain requirements will be offered the opportunity to work at one of Edelman’s 65 offices worldwide for on a short/long term basis, enabling them to broaden their perspectives as well as develop their career path.
Away Day, Year-End Party
Our employees interact with each other regularly through various activities such as days out (Away Day) and Year-end Parties.
